Re: If you were to choose a theme song for your gym...

No affiliates here in Iraq, but I like to warm up to "Gravemakers and Gunslingers" by Coheed and Cambria (not wfs), "Adios" by Rammstein and "Love Dump" by Static-X...pretty sure the love dump isn't wfs, and I don't speak German.

Just a side Q-what is the copyright issue surrounding mashups? Can we be sued for using these songs, or are they unique enough that they wouldn't be covered? I'm a punk law student, and the thought occured to me today when I was supposed to be paying attention in class.

Re: If you were to choose a theme song for your gym...

Not an affiliate yet (Level I Cert in April - Baltimore) but my choice for our gym / garage is:

Crazy Train by Ozzy Osbourne

We always say stuff like "it is time to hop on the pain rain", "here comes the pain train".

Alot of other solid choices....Becoming the Bull, Ladies and Gentlemen and definitely You are the best around from the Karate Kid soundtrack.

Later
Travis

Re: If you were to choose a theme song for your gym...

I've begun breaking the theme song down to types of workouts being done-

Power days: Black Label by Lamb of God

Met Con days: Get Some Go Again by His Lordship, Henry Rollins

CF Total has it's own song though....The Battle off the Gladiator soundtrack. Right at about 5:30, when the music starts to build is where the neck veins come out, and I go mini-hulk. My deadlift PR was done to this song, and anytime I hear it I get the thousand yard stare and....I...HAVE to....hurt something......
