A little update (i need to start posting more consistent on here)
As of 8-17-09 I'm going to hop on the bandwagon for the 30 day paleo challenge. I will be doing the 3 on 1 off mainpage WOD's, in a few weeks im going to start adding in some strength training. 8-17-09 Double-under for 2 minutes Sit-up for 2 minutes Double-under for 90 seconds Sit-up for 90 seconds Double-under for 1-minute Sit-up for 1-minute Double-under for 30 seconds Sit-up for 30 seconds I did not count reps, just went in there and busted it out...have alot of studying to do today |

Push Press: 45, 95, 115, 135, 155 Damn im weak Day 2 of paleo is good so far...had a cheat snack of home made pizza after the workout, just 1 slice |

Welcome back....again.
How's your energy drink issues? CPs? Medic school? etc? Try to have bacon on reserves at your place, so you can whip them up whenever you are feeling like having something non-paleo. I'll tell you what-this paleo stuff is pretty effective (I think Im day 8 or 9 myself), but drinking only water or coffee blows. Luckily, I'll be finished when the first big NFL/NCAA football weekend kicks off! |

I ended up setting back to the next medic class that starts mid september, gave me some time to get settled in on the FD...plus i didnt pass the EMT national registry my first try so it was olverwhelming for me to try to focus on that, medic, and the fire department tests. Keep it up on the paleo |
