Re: Update - 15 month progress pictures
I reached 2 of my goals in one weekend this past weekend, and I just had to share!
Goal #1 - deadlift 1.5 times my body weight CHECK
Goal #2 - 10% body fat CHECK
We found a mobile testing lab, and they came to our facility to do hydrostatic testing. i thought I was closer to 15% or 20%...much to my surprise I can check another goal off my list!
My nutrition breakdown for the last couple months:
25g carbs (carbs minus fiber)
