I made the 1000lb club

On the last CFT I made the 1000lb club finally after 6 months of hard work. I also noticed that I moved up and am now considered Advanced for my weight class. I just barely squek in in the 181 to 198 club. I'm 195 currently and feel great. Thanks coach and Crossfit.

Awesome, Shawn! And in only 6 months! Congrats on being considered Advanced for your weight class. You must train well, eat well, and treat your body well in general. Kudos.
