Friday, I don't remember the workout...but did one.
Three rounds for time:
12 Muscle-ups (Substituted 25 pull ups and 25 dips)
30 Back extensions
Run 400 meters
Don't remember the time.
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
45 pound Thruster, 10 reps (did these wrong and brought bar all the way to the ground each rep)
I think i completed like 10 rounds maybe...can't remember. But I was beat by the end so worked hard through the WOD.
