Did Angie WOD

75 Pull ups (Assisted)
75 Push ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Squats

Took a little over 30 minutes.
The Pull ups took the most time.

Friday, I don't remember the workout...but did one.

Saturday
Three rounds for time:
12 Muscle-ups (Substituted 25 pull ups and 25 dips)
30 Back extensions
Run 400 meters

Don't remember the time.

Sunday Rest

Monday

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
45 pound Thruster, 10 reps (did these wrong and brought bar all the way to the ground each rep)
10 Pull-ups

I think i completed like 10 rounds maybe...can't remember. But I was beat by the end so worked hard through the WOD.

15-12, and 9 rep rounds of:
Back squat - all sets at 135#
Handstand push-up - subbed shoulder presses with dumbells. 40# each dumbell
