Well after months of doing 1 MU here, 1 MU there, but not being able to string em together....I got 2 MU's today without coming off the rings. Maintained false grip, up and down, up and down, up and ......almost got three! Went back and did some singles, but I was so psyched about getting two in a row. Finally something just clicked about keeping the rings in close on the way back down and I was able to maintain my false grip. Maybe all those false grip pullups and other things are helping after all. Very happy! And very pleased to see that all kinds of people are having success with the MU here lately! Next stop....three in a row...

Chris, awesome! Yeah it's a great feeling. I can't wait to maintain that FG and do more than one. Great job...live off the high!
