I'm selling the following DVDs:
- Building the Efficient Athlete
- Ring Strength
- Enter the Kettlebell!
- Dumbbell Moves Vol. 1
- Dumbbell Moves Vol. 2
All viewed only once and in excellent condition.

A buyer couldn't come up with the payment and so I have the following DVDs for sale:

- Building the Efficient Athlete (8 DVD set and manual)
- Kettlebell Basics for Strength Coaches and Personal Trainers (2 DVD set)
