New Garage Gym
Needing advice/ help or thoughts on initial equipment for garage gym. Looking to lift and do crossfit type stuff. Not looking to lift more than 300-350 lbs. Wanting to spend $4000.00 give or take.
All stuff would come from rouge. I would get a few more bumpers. 400-500lbs just to be safe. The echos are nice, but if you can get the colored ones I would do that. As you have two bars, I would try to have matching sets of 250-300 lbs of plates for each so if someone else comes over to workout you can do this (as well as allow for multibar wods). Also, if you get $5000, you get free shipping so the additional bumpers will cover this, and you could go ahead and get the Rogue oly wl bar instead of the rogue 2.0 (and use the Chan for general use).
