I put it in my shaker cup in the morning and bring it to work with me where it sits until about 2:30. After adding water and a considerable amount of shaking I still have a significant amount of pebble sized clumps of settling to the bottom.

I told them to reply immediately. We get hundreds of emails per day and it is sometimes overwhelming.

It sounds like you may want to add some staff to your customer service department then. Responding to your customers' emails in a timely fashion should not be an overwhelming task.

It normally isn't. And we do normally respond in a timely fashion. This fellow said he had not been responded to so I wanted him to be responded to quickly.
