Band breaking point? Rogue, IronWoody, JumpStretch, etc.

I thought I found the break point specification once before, but now I can't seem to locate it. It was a % of original length, if I remember right.

Anyone have that?

Re: Band breaking point? Rogue, IronWoody, JumpStretch, etc.

I ask, because I had my 41" minis stretched to 126". They added 120lb to my DE squat. Everything felt fine. Nothing broke. Just want to make sure I'm not in the danger zone.

I remember seeing that too somewhere. Here's a link about band tensions: Band Calibrations (WFS)

How do you have the bands set up? I think choking them, doubling or getting stronger bands would be a better idea than stretching the crap out of them.
