Post I can't get my 6 meals a day.

I keep hearing about the Zone diet but I haven't looked into it and it seems like it's not for me because my days are not structured and flexible enough to always have food at hand. I definetly do get a good breakfast (eggs, oatmeal, quinoa) lunch (salad, greens, protein) dinner (random healthy food) but in between i'm having like 1 snack but nothing that I believe is going to help me grow. I"m 6'1/m/165 I'm happy I gained 5 pounds of muscle with crossfit but i want to gain another 10 and I'll be set.

Try Intermittent Fasting. Basically, you don't eat for 16-20 hours, and then fit all of your caloric/block requirements into the remaining 4-8 hours. There are lots of good posts on it in the board. It is much, MUCH more convenient than the Zone (well, for me).

No rocket science necessary here. I'm a 17 block eater. A three meal/day sched could look like 5 blocks breakfast, 6blocks lunch and 6 dinner...or 4, 5,4, 4 for a 4 meal per day schedule.

I'm NOT a fan of eating all day long. I range between the 3 and 4 meals per day sched and thrive on it. Get your food quality shifted towards the paleo, proportions in zone parameters. Eat. Train. Repeat.
