Forgot how to post my workout

Hi,

Could someone please give me a brief summary of how to post a workout. I have a workout log, but can't recall how to post.

Re: Forgot how to post my workout

I figured it out. I'm guessing the forum was modified since I last posted. Post Reply is used for posting. I was thinking that POST REPLY was only for other CFers comments. Now I'll go post my past 4-5 months of workouts. Digital backup.

Wod

Hey everyone I'm new to crossfit, What is the best way to track and see your progress from doing the WODs?

Re: Wod

Hey, Mark:

1) post it up on the "comments" section of each day's WOD on the main page.

AND/OR

2) go to www.logsitall.com (safe), register, and start posting your results there.

Both are easy. The LogsItAll site allows for slightly easier back-tracking and comparison of your performance over time, and adds to the "searchable" database of CrossFit performance. The daily "comments" section gives you more immediate feedback as others (may) respond to your entry.

Neither are required to enjoy the sweat . . .
