Hey I'm relatively new to crossfit only been doing it for a few months, but loving everyday of it, got a question though...I've been checking in to the certification process and was wondering if you have to be pretty good with crossfit to get certified or how that whole thing works?

There is a lot of info on the FAQ sheet about the certifications. You should be familiar with and exposed to the workouts but the certifications are not performance based, although there is nothing better out there to help you to learn the primary movements. Workouts are provided at the certs, you can hop in if you choose.
