Sure its not much compared to most others on the site, but its a big deal for me. completely rx'ed. 18 minutes.

Its a big deal for me because it was one of my major achievements list. Next is running a mile in under 12 minutes.

And I forgot to mention, I hit my body weight in bench pressing! Can do 3 continuous lifts of 275lbs.

If it is a big deal for you, then it is a big deal, period!!! Don't worry about comparing yourself against the X-fit super elite, but keep looking forward on your own major achievements list. If you really want to make a comparison to others, go to this work and family safe link and use it to compute just how much more work you're doing than us littler folks when you crank out a Fran:

I'm only 175 pounds, but impressed by the work and efforts of some of the diesels around here, especially when they take on the bodyweight exercises. Good luck in working that mile time under 12 minutes.:highfive:
