Since I've come to this site I've been amazed at the knowledge that exists here. I look at the daily scores and times on the WOD's and I'm floored.

I was curious as to what the thoughts were as to having people who are "specialists" write an article on their particular specialty.

Why couldn't we have Lincoln write about OHS and other lifts, the animals down in fla. write about pulls, Dave about making some homemade equipment, and Kelly about everything.

I didn't forget about Rob, Ryan, Barry, Jeff, and all the "scary specimens" in Calif, Fla, and Seattle. What are everyones thoughts?

I would be glad to write something up. It would probably help the new people, rather than searching the achives.

Mark, I too appreciate the willingness of crossfitters to share their knowledge. I have learned and applied so many of the ideas I'm running out of time to practice them all.

I am always glad to share my 2 cents worth! :talker:

I thought that I was knowledgable, until I found Crossfit. These guys are way ahead of my thinking, but I would be glad to help.

I find it very interesting that not only has Crossfit worked wonders for me, but for my "Almost impossible to get to workout wife", she has been doing the WOD about 2.5 days a week and it is changing her physique more than any other program that she has been on fulltime.

It is nothing short of incredible.

Thanks Coach, Lauren, Robb, etc.

God Bless.
