I have the good fortune of having this 1,500 square feet of training heaven in my backyard. As you might imagine I spend a lot of time here.

Tanner - by the woodie do you mean the sauna? If you do it is a Health Mate Infrared sauna and it rocks. The far infrared light frequency this sauna uses butts up against the frequency of microwaves. Rather than heating up the air around you, infrared heats up biological matter. At 140 degrees I sweat so much I soak the towells I use to keep from soaking the cedar. It doesn't burn my nose and lungs, the glass does not get hot and the water bottle I leave on the floor stays cold. Heats up in about 40 minutes and has minimal effect on the electric bill.

I feel your pain Keith. I have spent my life working my way up to this collection of stuff. I have taken that most toys thing pretty seriously. I spend a huge amount of time in that gym. I have set it up so the kids can watch movies and play with their toys...and mine. They love the plyo boxes, the wall, the balls...they and the neighborhood kids love playing in there. I can train as much and for as long as I want and the kids stay happy too. Hard to beat that.

Yeah, the pictures are kinda big. I'll try to shrink them a bit next time.

It'd have been easier to post a list of what you didn't have. :-)

Eugene

Homer went into a walk-in microwave on the Simpsons last Sunday. Seems similar. I'd be worried about cooking myself or making myself sterile, but judging from all the kids you have I guess that's not an issue. Unless this was your alternative to getting a vasectomy. :-)

I keed. I keed.

Seriously, great job. Great space. Great kids.
