The Organic Affiliate Growth Model

Recently there was a thread on here titled, "Has The Game Changed?" (WFS) which talked about starting a grass roots, low-tech affiliate in the new landscape of high end affiliates opening up. It inspired me to write a little bit about how we started in a park and what our "business plan" has been since starting CFSBK in 2007 up through today.

Hope some of you guys find it interesting
