Exercises Movements, technique & proper execution

I know I'm just a Crossfit student but I'd still like to share one of the exercises I've been doing.
Starting in the horse stance with some 15 or 20lb dumbells in each hand, do Tabata Squats and at the same time alternate uppercuts with them. Fast and furious. Throw in a little trunk rotation on each one too. Works with a med ball too.
