Handstand Program for Beginners - Caveman Strong

I am interested in the Handstand Program for Beginners from the Caveman Strong site. Here is a link to the article about it:

Essentially, it is a supplemental program, to be done 5 days each week in addition to your normal programming. Each session looks like it would only take 20 minutes or so, but you are encouraged to complete each as many times as possible. Strength through frequency. Greasing the groove. Whatever you want to call it.

My questions:

Has anyone here run this program?
What were your results?
Are there any modifications you would make or suggest?


And most importantly:

What are some of these exercises?
I did a Google search of all of them, and could only find brief video clips of some of them. They were not even demonstrations, rather just progress shots, so I cannot be sure exactly how close they were to what was intended.

Are there demo videos of these movements? Or are they called by any other names?
