I have been doing the workouts and am happy with what they have done for my body and mind.
I would however like to put the last inches of fat around my belly to get a way.
I have CFJ 21 and I would start at 16 blocks.
Is that the way to go? I am 5.10 and weigh 154 lbs.
I am doing the WOD on a 2 on - 1 off - 2 on bases.
