Chocolate helps weight loss!

Ok not really but that was the headlines you might have seen based on a research study that was intentionally done poorly to produce results like it got and then see what kind of attention it would get from scientific journals and the media (spoiler alert, they got a lot).

This just goes to show that you should be very weary of the headlines pertaining to nutritional studies. Unless you actually dig into the studies themselves and know what you are looking for you can't be sure what kind of accuracy you can attribute to the information.

Anyways, this is definitely worth a read.

Cliffs - people are too lazy to actually read and analyze studies so they come to conclusions that are not valid from simply reading the abstract or conclusion and not looking into the details. Kind of like what happens when you only read the cliffs
