Re: bulletproof coffee

Bill. I started with BP coffee more than a year ago, must be something like year and a half now.
I do it with 1 tbsp grinded coffee beans, 10g of cococnut oil, 5g of liquid omega 3 oil, 85g of butter. Adds up to a nice amount of 750 calories.

I started doing it to get the needed amount of calories in my diet which is around 3500-4000kcal daily.

I do a very low carb diet thats why I need calories from healthy fat sources and this is where BP coffee fits in nicely.

I otherwise dont drink coffee, dont like the taste of it, but with BP it tastes much better.

Re: bulletproof coffee

Durianrider posted something interesting about Dave Asprey recently.

Seems like the magic coffee beans aren't working too well for him.

Re: bulletproof coffee

Magic coffee beans are a scam, or not a scam, overpriced beans, to be exact.

But the whole concept behind BP coffee is not a scam, Asprey just wanted to get rich promoting it, cant blame the guy?

Let me preface this by saying I'm not a fan of Asprey at all, but I'm pretty sure he takes metformin for some type of prophylactic purpose and isn't diabetic.
