Things are going well, I am just taking a break from posting for a while.

This evening, I am preparing a few interesting Paleo meals - Autumn Harvest Venison Stew and a traditional Ratatouille from Provence.

I think I'll ditch this particular venison stew recipe - too sweet. The ratatouille is good, but I need to tweak my technique and switch out casserole dishes.

How about monthly updates?

I think we're all worried that after more than two years of intense focus and self-discipline, that you might be in a little slide. Maintenance can be harder than losing weight. I hope that's not the case! But if it is, regularly checking in is a good way to stay on maintenance.

So, has anyone heard from Luke? I'd kinda like to story how the story ends.

I was just asking Nik yesterday. Haven't heard from Luke. Hope all is well! I know when I fall off, it's usually pretty hard. Hopefully Luke didn't meet that fate!
