Brock Press Article

Recently did an interview with a student journalist from the Brock University Press in St. Catharines. Was originally lead to believe the article was the interview only, but the journalist called the night before press and informed me he chose to go with an article with quotes from the interview.

He managed to get a decent enough article done. I disagree with the title entirely, who thinks putting "NOT" in a title is a good thing??? There are a few inaccuracies and well, I don't really like his approach to the training methodology, but he's a journalist. He did not step into the gym, nor did he attend a WOD - the photographer showed up one night, he didn't workout either. The WOD we did was not very photogenic, Shauna in the background is doing dot jumps for a 12" vertical jump and well, Kim is double underin' as well as Jen, who's foot is visible by my butt.

Anyway, no bad press and all that, right?
