Well, I just benched 405lbs with chains. Then I did 225lbs for 23 reps for a burn off at the age of 44.

Still doing some small AMRAPS of 15 min or less. I no longer time the workouts, but should.

I'm still overweight because I love food to much.

I guess I really love Robs Hybred approach and lean toward it.

My log will now reflect updates on lifts and CF total.

Last workout: I went to my back yard and threw a 45lb dumbbell as far as I could with both arms unil I could not pick it up no more with either arm.

Now that is nutty!
