the work:rest ratio you want to follow is dependent on the type of training effect you're trying to receive from the running
24/6'/200lb - Press 175x5 - Squat 325x5 - Bench 245x5

I run hills frequently. I actually ran them tonight. I prefer sprinting up and walking briskly down. It's a different training effect than what you are doing, but you should try it. I do not take any breaks, but my walking down the hill gets slower and I linger more at the base catching my breath as the workout progresses. Running downhill is tough on the joints.

I usually do between 10-20 sprints, which can take approx 25 min to 55 min.
