I started CF a couple of weeks ago, after spending time reading everthing, decided no longer needed the bench, so I got rid of it (mostly I needed the space)... only to find Thurs WOC has Bench Presses...
Any sub suggestions using either db or even Kettlebells?

Floor Press
Military Press
Push Ups
Sub with some sort of Pressing Movement to oppose the Pull/Leg Press of the Row.

Inverted pushups(feet supported on wall) is also a good chest/shoulder workout as well. That works well for me as well as the other suggestions.

The KB floor press is what I plan on subbing. I'll use the 24 KG bells. The slight increase in weight to 106# should offset the slight decrease in range of motion.

5.45am, dark and using Park Bench with db's... few strange looks from the early joggers... sub'd the rows with kettlebell sumo lifts.
Thanks for the suggestion all.
