Re: Is CrossFit mainstream enough to just tell people you "do CrossFit"?

I am finding more people have heard of it. The first box in my town just opened and that is driving awareness locally.

Re: Is CrossFit mainstream enough to just tell people you "do CrossFit"?

I find that most people I talk to have heard of it, but really couldn't describe what it is or even what it looks like. I don't generally tell people I do cf, just usually stick to the generic "gym" thing.
