Thanks all, the kind words are appreciated. I guess the next goal has to be 500 right? For those with experience in this area, how long did this take you? I've just recently started with the heavier weights and I'd guess I could probably do 425 as a single without the workout preceding it. On the other hand, I'm almost 43 yo so I don't know how much longer I'll be getting stronger. Hopefully quite a bit longer, I don't see any reason why it has to stop. Please confirm my hopes
