Custom made is custom made. We can slice and dice these any way you want .... can even be a coffee table if you want.
Andy, much like a bosu ball, we only recommend the flat side down but you are free to use it as you see fit.

I will assume that you cut that tree down with an axe that you chipped from a hunk of obsidian. I'm strictly paleo with all of my equipment and refuse to use anything that cavemen didn't WOD with. How much sand from one coconut shell to another does it take you to do Fran?

I do my squats 'balls to grass' cause my sheep skin loin cloth doesnt really offer the same support as todays briefs. Cant really get thru the set of 15 without a break still, just hurts too much.
