I train Judo, military combatives, and Kali/Arnis/Escrima. I agree, the strength training also has taken my ability to another level, as well as my overall stamina.

I follow OPT's (function) blog as prescribed in the morning and train 3-4x a week Brazilian jiujitsu in the evening
