Shane's Garage Gym Pics...

I thought I would share some pics of my home gym. Since these pics, which are about a month old, I have added a C2 Model D (which I snapped some quick pics) and have reorganized the Garage a little better. Also, I have included a pic of my back yard pull-up/rings rig. I'm doing a muscle up in the pic and you can't really see the 7.5ft high bar that extends out to the left, but you get the idea. Anyway, I am pretty happy with my set-up so I wanted to share. Any comments are welcome! Thanks for checking it out.

Looks great but some trickster slipped into your garage and put up an Aggies poster.

Let me know if you need a nice Gator one to fix it up right.

Thanks guys, I am really happy with it.

Yeah, I think that joker was me that put up the Aggie banner. What was I thinking?!!? We haven't had a decent season since I was a student there.

I wondered if anyone would catch that! My son loves being in the back yard so while we were working out he just crawls/walks around and plays in the grass. My wife was the one taking the picture so she didn't realize he had gotten over there under me so my buddy Webster was leaning down to pick him up just as my wife took the pic. This is actually one of my very favorite pics because I love the 'what the hell' look on my son's face.

Re: Shane's Garage Gym Pics...

hey shane, are those the rogue rings? if so, i have a question: do the rings "spin" in the straps? i've always wondered that b/c they don't appear to have anything stopping them from doing so (see image attached for direction of spin i'm talking about). the straps on the elites are thread through slots so they stay in place.

They will spin, but they don't. To be clear, there is nothing that physically keeps them from spinning, but the unique coating that the rogue rings have on them doesn't really allow the rings to spin in the straps unless it is your goal to spin them. I have used just about every mainstream ring out there and the rogues are by far the best in my opinion.
