bodyweight clean and split jerk advice

What do you see? I know I'm not extending fully in pulls and not getting far enought under bar, fast enough in the split jerk.

Thanks in advance anyone feeling constructively critical

Cleans- not bad, I think you need to whip your arms under the bar a bit faster & I think you're catching the clean a bit low. (need to get the elbows up higher)

Jerk- Catch the bar back farther over the head. You are catching it too far forward. When the weight gets heavier that will be harder to maintain control and can potentially put more strain on your back and cause injury.

Hips shoot up at the start. Way too high. Also, keep your elbows straight until full extension. Get your elbows up on the front squat.

On the jerk, you need to start faster. You're just standing there with a heavy weight and it's going to tax you. When you drive the bar up, make sure you're also driving through the bar (under/through). I can't see your back foot in the video, but it should be internally rotated a little. Allow the back knee to bend.
