Hello all,

Sorry if this sounds like a possibly redundant question but is the 95 # thruster combined for two dumb bells or 95 a piece? (190# total)

Thanks.

That would be hardcore (don't give them ideas)!! It's 95lbs total.

A 45# bar with 2x25# plates or

2x47.5# dumbells  or

whatever you want to use.

It' means a 95 # barbell total 45 lb bar + 50 lb's in weights.

If you want to use dumbbells then go for something equivalent. 2 45 lb dumbbells

Although in my experience, two 45-lb dumbells is much more difficult. I'd rather do a 95 lb barbell than even two 35 lb dumbells.

Hey Anthony, this may be an odd question, but are you a member of WBB.com? Your name looks familiar.

Sure am, followed the WBB1 routine for a while and found this site through one of the members there. That guy was a Godsend.
