Thought some might like to try something new; suspended renegade rows from Brad Johnson:

Suspended Renegade Rows

Brad's always coming up with cool new ways to do the impossible.


If you like them, try the following:

Knife fighter pushups, Pinch grip pushups, Lever jacknives
