Dan's Workout Log

Hey guys. I'm brand new to Crossfit, and was directed by some vets to start my own workout log. I didn't get the first few workouts, but I figure I would start with the most recent.

Rounds of 15 and 9: 120#

Substituted box ring dips (weight supported slightly on lowest jump box) for ring dips

Performed push-ups as rx'd.
