2/2: Ran 3.7mi or so with Anne. whew!

(took too much time off)
2/6: Barbara "lite"
WU: row 250m and dips

10 pull-ups
20 push-ups
30 sit-ups
40 squats
made it 3 rounds. Then rowed another 250m. Took about 25minutes.
That was way more difficult than I anticipated. My arms are now jelly. Pull-ups scaled to #4 assist on the Gravitron. Push-ups from toes - last round from knees. Incline sit-ups - last round on the floor. Squats normal.

I was working on form more than anything since I did not feel confident! Oh well, I did a few at 45# then did 95, 95, 105, 95, 105 whatever. I could have put more weight on, but I wanted to check some video instruction before going too crazy.
Dan did 90# more than me on each one.

Run 400m. OHS x15. 5 rounds.
Used 40# in my backyard. Tough. I finished in about 20min. Didn't time exactly.

My fingers are numb again, and I think I figured out how it's happening. When I pull my right arm tight for the OHS, my elbow nerves are getting squished. Then my first finger and thumb on that hand tingle and get numb. It lasts awhile too. . . as in days.

I realized today that my time has really improved! yay! That's a pleasant surprise being that I never time myself.

Went for a 2.5mi run with Anne.

21 kettlebell swings 20lb
9 pull-ups
17minutes.

Back on it.

7/6 Ran with Hubby

7/13 DL 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1
Between each set: 15 Pull-ups, Row 15 calories, 15 Sit-ups
I did 95# DL. about 60% bw on gravitron for pull-ups. and stopped after my 1 DL

7/17 Fight Gone Bad
Row, Wall Ball 12#, SDHP 45#, Box Jumps, Push Press 45#
SDHPs were the hardest.

Nice job! I'm trying this one tomorrow.

Where did you go biking? Did you take the Cannondale? We've got tennis and squash courts here at the school - all open to us 24 hrs.

We went to Harbison, and yes, I'm so thankful for your bike! It took those trails!

7/27. Run 400m. Overhead squats (12 reps) with 45#.
19 minutes.

7/28. Cindy 8 rounds.
Dan put his "rings" up and did about 15 muscle ups in addition to some L-pull-ups, push-ups, and HSPUs. Oh, and he biked 15 miles.
