What sort of HSPU work do you do? I'm trying to work on that too and can hold handstands against the wall for 30s but can only go 1/4 of the way down on HSPUs.

I think it's total time

4/10/09 ~7 hrs sleep. body thought it would be cool to wake up @ 530 this morning

CFT


Back Squat : 155 pr!
Dead Lift : 195 pr!
Press : 65 wasn't expecting a PR, hah

Total = 415

I'm a now a proud member of the 400's club

Hello Carter!!!!!! Yup I'm definitely an Erin/Greg girl hah. The Tribe is an amazing place -- Erin and Greg actually opened up their own affiliate in Center City, Philadelphia! You should check it out! Cross Fit Center City (w/f/s)

And thank you for the compliment. Erin is very picky with form and has morphed me into a form-crazed CF-er.

~9 hrs sleep

Rainy Rest Day.


Forgot to mention that yesterday I tried some snatches with a barbell (I haven't used a 45# yet so this was cool hah) and I am working on KTE because I wanna flip upside down with the rings. Body weight exercises should never be taken lightly. I cannot WAIT until I can control my own BW like a gymnast does!
