Hurting from Linda still.

Did some ab circuits I know best is overhead but my shoulders are seriously shot lol.
L-Pullups
L-Sit Hold
And some Bicep Curls just for old time sake.

Tomorrow Is Fight Gone Bad. No matter how my shoulders feel. Gonna replace Row (dont have a rower) with Burpees.

Wallball 20lb 10ft Target 36 28 20
Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75lb 22 20 15
Box jump 20" 21 20 17
Push-Press 75lb 18 15 13
No Rowing machine so Burpees Subbed 14 11 13


Total = 263

Boy this was tough. My conventional gym told me I cant be out back doing wallball cuz of insurance I said ok Next time I will be doing it against the back wall then dont worry about the holes I make. He thought I was joking.

Rounds 1-3 as rx'd 3-2-2
Rounds 4-5 Changed CLean for 135lb Sumo's 3-3

Then ran 2 Miles.

NEW PR. Man this killed me and I was tired but I had to try it for my sake. I have been having a sore and behind my usual week. Times have been slower mostly and after my rest day yesterday I felt amped an ready to go.

NEW PR

I have only done this one other time. The burpees and wallball slowed me down the most. Had to do some Subbing since my regular gym only have 20" box.

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box (20 Inch)
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders (I can't jump rope for ***** so 50 box Jump 20" box)

Time: 22:18
I'm sure double unders are harder than the box jump but man did this do me in lol. Pukie almost came to town today
