If nothing else, the burpees felt fast and consistent. Had trouble keeping the DU rhythm in the second and fourth rounds, better in the rest.

The first rep in the last set was really tough going up, and I got halfway up and dropped #2. Then I got kinda mad, went back to the bar and really ripped another rep off the ground. I'm not sure if my form is off or if I'm just not pulling as hard as I actually can; I will have to take video next time.

Just got slow-going with the KB swings and DUs. By the fourth and fifth rounds I was taking almost 3:30 per, so I decided that another two rounds at that pace was not what I wanted this morning. Hope to be better next cycle.

The 195 clean was a solid power clean, and I felt I could do more, but 205 just wasn't going up. The OHS felt good once I locked my shoulders in.
