Burbank CFers

Anyone around the area? I go to the high school to train every so often. Looking for someone to pit myself up against for workouts around there. Sometimes I go to Valley CF. I've got a bunch of equipment in my backyard and take rings and a 1 pood to the track at the school usually. They've got pullup and dip "bars" there. I've got rings, climbing rope, parallettes, 300# oly set (no rack yet, thinking about making one), speed and heavy bag, jump ropes, weight belt with chain for weighted pullups, PVC, and 20# slam ball (think I covered most of it). Lemme know if you wanna train.

Re: Burbank CFers

Hey Eric,

VCF regular here. I don't recall any Eric's so I'm not sure we've met. Sounds like fun. I live in Glendale and usually do 3 days @ VCF but like to mix in a couple days of other stuff either running or at the gym (rounding out the metcon stuff). Right now I'm consistent w/ T-Th-Sat at VCF, so I'd probably only be available M & W eve. & Sunday. My running consists of hill sprints & 1 mile tests. I'd like to find a good track for more creative interval work.

Re: Burbank CFers

Hey John, was at VCF today, not sure if you were there.
Anyways yeah, send me an email or something and we can set something up. Burbank high is pretty good, the pull up bars are pretty thin and puny compared to VCF, but it's a pretty decent training grounds. It's right by the Burbank mall, not sure where you are in comparison to it.

Re: Burbank CFers

You guys still out there? I'm in Burbank with Burroughs and Burbank about the same distance away. I too have been to VCF at both the new and old location. I've got some rings, a 1.5 pood kettlebell, and 230 pounds of rubber plates w/a bar. Let me know if you guys want to suffer together.

Rob
