Today we "maxed out" on chins with our track team.
Many big PR's!!
Our top male went for 50
and get this...our best Woman went for 46!!!
This girl is about 5'5" weighs in the 130's and in addition to having 46 chins she power cleans 185lbs!!!
She kicks butt on all the storms as well.

Yes, the 100&200 but i think she may be moving up to the 2&4 this year.
Everybody is busting out the chins though...we have a 7'2" high jumper(male) that has 43, a XC girl with 30, a 250lb shot putter w/33. all in all I think we have 5 guys on the track team at 40+ and a whole bunch more at 30+. We have atleast 6 or 7 girls over 20 on the track team.

Are we talking about chinups (palms facing body, closer grip) or pullups (palms away wide grip)? Just curious as they are vastly different exercises...

..either way, awesome work.
