First thing, does anyone know of crossfit facilities/people in Indianapolis, IN...

Second thing, any place i could find a decent conversion for cycling vs. running?

i.e. 800m run = ???? in cycling?

i too am in indy...near avon/plainfield. i do all of my WODs at my house. you are free to come by for a workout if you'd like

as for run vs. bike...a long time ago i was told by a biker that it's 4-1. that's not a true conversion as i can run about 6 miles if i had to but could bike more than 24 easily...but running at 250# is not easy
