Everytime I do thrusters I get this strain in my left bicep. My left side is my weakest side as far as lifting overhead. I wonder if that is why I am getting a strain there. Always even after the first rep I can feel that strain. I dont think its anything serious just maybe my left side is compensating the weight . Anyone else experience this annoyance..

not to sound annoying but does it feel like a strain or a pinching sensation? if its a strain then try some strengthening exercises (when healed) for that side. if its pinching sensation, you may a slight impingement in the shoulder joint - which could be from poor muscular balance which could cause the shoulder to "sit" wrong i.e. rolled forward

let me know what you think

well it could be either one. It does not last long maybe 3-4 hrs tops. As soon as I do my first rep I can feel it. Could be form or to heavy. I'll try an ohp heavy and see if I can feel it on my left side.

It's just annoying really so far.
