I am in, and planning on getting the CrossFit DC crew to do it. Last time Russ and I winged it unofficially. I hope to improve my numbers for Sept. I will do the Elite division, as I like training with a heavier bell, and got enough of the 24 doing the RKC.

goals:
Deadlift 485
PU (+20lbs) 15-this is my weakest link
Snatch 100 (I said GOALS right?)

Three events

Dead lift 1rm
Dead hang pullups max reps (add 22 lbs for elite mens division)
5 minutes of kb snatches switching hands at will and putting the kb down at will.

16kg for women, 24kg men's open, 32kg men's elite

Fun stuff!

We're looking to host in Avon, NJ. We're three blocks from the beach. May do it outside weather permitting.

Not sure I'm competing this time. Did elite last time. DL #'S are down(365), got 92 snatches w/ the 32kg and 18 pull ups.

Goals are not exactly the same as estimates, but I will try to hit those #s.

Russ should do it as well, he is a machine.

Jen, I gave the rundown on the TSC in class last week, and am working on teaching everyone to snatch well. Your DL is already good, so you should plan on doing it with us.

I might do it on the elite level. Kettlebell snatches with the 2 pood will be hard though. Hopefully the strength gains I've been making in other areas will carry over.
