Finally got around to trying this one today. Mr Latch, sir, you are an EVIL man! My kinda coach!
75lbs works out at 34kg, don't have bars like that so rounded UP to 35kg.
push press x100
500m row (1.49)
push press x75
500m row (1.49)
push press x50
500m row (1.50)
push press x25
500m row (1.48)
time - 29.28 with a bw of 69kg (152 lbs)
push presses stormed off with a 20 rep set and then broken onto tens for the duration with a couple of 15 reps sets thrown in.
not only was i in the 'made position' for a dang long time, this made me adopt the foetal position too! :uhoh:
it's a keeper ladies and gentlemen...

Push-press w/ 35kg (77lb)
Rower display blew up just as I started my first leg so did 50 max effort pulls per 500m. Came out about 1:39 per effort so was pretty close.
Otherwise as prescribed in 22:20
stats for anyone interested in that kind of thing
Huge props to anyone doing this sub 20, will have to give this one another go once the memory fades and I can't remember why that is a stoopid idea:wink:
Nice workout Latch, you are a twisted and evil man!!
