Dave's Log

Beggining Stats -
Height: 6'
Weight: 185lbs
1.5M Run: 13:26
Pushups: 32 in 1 minute
Situps: 58 in 1 minute

26July2010
"Angie": Time was 35:04

27 Standard Pullups
73 100lb pull downs
100 pushups
100 situps
100 air squats

27July2010:
"Angie" Didn't time it because I was at home and didn't have a pull up bar so was doing the pullups on a door frame with my fingertips...yeah it took a looooong time, over an hour probably.

100 Pullups
100 Push ups
100 Sit ups
100 Air Squats


28July2010:
"Roy" 5 Sets of Deadlifts, pullups, and 24" box jumps. Total time was 40:20.

Set 1: 15 - 135lb deadlifts, 25 - standard pullups, and 20 - 24" Box Jumps.
Set 2: 15 - 135lb deadlifts, 25 - standard pullups, and 20 - 24" Box Jumps
Set 3: 15 - 135lb deadlifts, 25 - 120lb pull downs, and 20 - 24" Box Jumps
Set 4: 15 - 135lb deadlifts, 25 - 100lb pull downs, and 20 - 24" Box Jumps
Set 5: 15 - 135lb deadlifts, 25 - 90lb pull downs, and 20 - 24" Box Jumps

29July2010 -
5K - Total time was 36:19. I ran the first two miles at a 10min mile pace, threw up (all water since I ate NOTHING this morning. BAD IDEA), and then walked/sprinted the last mile. That one took me 16:19min. Dissapointed but its something to improve.

135# Snatches, 30 Reps for Time.

Ok, I had never done a snatch before yesterday. I ended up doing 48.

18 Reps w/65# to get the movement down, and I still need practice. One of the guys in my guard unit has been doing CF for awhile and he's kinda acting as a coach.

30 Reps w/95#, not timed as he wanted me to work on form vs speed.

We also practiced kipping pullups. I still haven't gotten a good one.

Today was going to be my rest day as I've been a day behind for awhile...but instead, I practiced handstand pushups, did 15 Ladder Burpees, 25 situps and 25 bicycles.

I'm calling that my rest day and am going to start doing the WOD's day to day instead of a day behind.

Well, I know it's been a few weeks and haven't updated...but, I have been busy with moving from TN to WV. Starting back up monday.
