Home Made Equipment

Recently, someone contributed a great list of travel workouts. I was thinking it would be great to compile a list of home equipment links as well as instructions for building stuff. If people will start posting to this thread, I will organize.

Post your links or instructions slosh pipes, pull up stations, power sleds, paralletes, etc.

Thank you,

Re: Home Made Equipment

I put this up a couple weeks ago, didn't really gather any interest. But it's a cheap and quick(easier than filling a basketball with sand) solution to having a medicine ball. WFS obviously.
