i do not know what i need to do but i was approached by several of my fellow teachers who want to get in shape. they heard that i have been working out (using the wod's) and they want to join. the workouts will take place at the school so limited on the weighting part of the wod's but i can modifiy. is there anything that i need to do to have the crossfit name as part of the program? i'm so excited.

The current CrossFit Journal (subscribe!) is dedicated to this topic. The short story is that commercial enterprises pay a fee for CrossFit affiliation, and this money goes to support the community. For non-commercial groups, the affiliation is free.

Keep us posted on your progress. When you get going, send Lauren some pictures. I'm interested because I'm thinking of starting a CrossFit at my college, as a grad student.
