Hey ya'll! I'll be moving to Shanghai first week of October and was hoping to find a Crossfit or at least some Crossfitters - anyone out there??

Hey I´ll be moving back to Shanghai in a few weeks, most are globo gyms but I never had a problem (just be carefull with O lifts)

Arturo - you playing for the Hairy Crabs by any chance??
Where is the California Fitness? I need to find a gym so looking for suggestions....was it hyper expensive??

Yes Alena, I was a Hairy Crab!!!1 And hope to be playing for them again in a couple of weeks!!!!

There is Touch Rugby

Gyms are usually Cheap, California is at Huai Hai Dong (east) Road, in front of Times Square.

I Will be arriving Oct 12th.

I'm gunna get this thread going again! Im looking to go to Shanghai in December or Janurary. So I just wanted to see if there are some crossfitters around and what gyms they are using! I was looking at Ramsey Dewey's MMA fitness club, they seem to have the right equipment.

Hey there, I'm also moving to shanghai in early 2011 and to find a place to do WOD's is right up there in the agenda of first things to do.
How are you guys doing your workouts? have you found a decent gym where people won't take your bar away while your doing Fran becuase they think you are not using it??!!

Hey! I'm also in Shanghai, living near Jingan temple. I'd love to find some people to get together and do some crossfit workouts with. I belong to MOB gym on Taixing road, but it'd also be cool to meet up in a park or somewhere outside once its a bit warmer.
